What this error means
Cloudflare Error 1001 is a DNS resolution problem. Cloudflare is the network that sits in front of our website. When it cannot match the address your browser is using with the one it expects, it returns Error 1001 instead of loading the page.
It is not a problem with your account or booking, and it is usually temporary. The most common triggers are a VPN, an old DNS cache, a router cache, or a mobile network that has not picked up the latest domain records yet.

DNS resolver comparison
We ask several independent public DNS services where this site lives, then compare their answers with what your own device managed. If the resolvers agree but your device cannot reach us, your network or phone is using a stale or blocked DNS answer.

This test runs in your browser only. If the handshake fails while other sites load normally, the fixes below usually resolve it.
Try these fixes in order
Switch off your VPN or proxy
VPNs and privacy proxies can route traffic through an IP that Cloudflare does not recognise for our domain. Disconnect them briefly and reload the page.
Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi
Some home or office networks cache old DNS records. A quick test on 4G/5G tells you whether the issue is the network or the device.
Clear your DNS cache
Your device may be remembering an old address for our site. Flushing the cache forces it to look up the current one.
- Windows: open Command Prompt as Administrator and run ipconfig /flushdns
- macOS: run sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
- iOS/Android: toggle Airplane Mode on and off, or restart the device.
Restart your router
Routers also cache DNS. A restart pulls fresh records from your internet provider and often clears Error 1001 on its own.
Try a private / incognito window
Browser extensions, saved redirects and cached headers can interfere. A fresh incognito window rules most of them out.
